About Home Field Advantage:
Home Field Advantage Sports (HFA) is a 501(C)(3) non-profit sports leadership program, providing high school and college students with a coaching education and curriculum that allows them to coach after school sports programs at schools in their own neighborhoods.
Standards are set for an extraordinary coaching education program from elite exercises to academic enrichment. HFA is committed to the development and welfare of every participant and collaborates with leading sports organizations, educational institutions, and synergistic programs to ensure every participant has the best possible experience.
