As a Student Coach you will:
Assist with weekly soccer or basketball practices
Participate in YBA’s classes on business and career readiness.
Have a chance to earn a stipend upon completing the semester (limited to 12 Student Coaches per semester)
Even if you do not receive a stipend position, you can still volunteer and fully participate in our program!

The collaborative mission of Home Field Advantage Sports (HFA) and Youth Business Alliance is to empower communities in Los Angeles County. By merging HFA's sports leadership program with YBA's career readiness initiatives, we aim to foster healthier, stronger, and more active communities. Our comprehensive curriculum equips individuals to coach after-school sports programs and provides students from underserved areas with tools and skills for workforce success. Together, we strive to create a seamless blend of sports leadership and career development, promoting overall well-being and connecting communities through shared experiences and opportunities.
