The Arts & Culture Working Group shapes the cultural heart of the Neighborhood Games. Working alongside ExpandLA, Home Field Advantage, and the Steering Committee, we design the opening and closing ceremonies, lead youth storytelling and art engagement, and showcase the creativity of young people and communities across LA County’s seven regions on the road to LA 2028.

What we do:
