By becoming a volunteer with Home Field Advantage, you will:
coach at elementary schools and middle schools
become an active member in the community
develop professional social skills by interacting with children, coaching directors, and fellow volunteers
be mentored by coaching director

gain leadership skills
learn from a coaching curriculum and receive a coaching license
